Production of protein microarrays through in vitro transcription/translation using the hybrid cell-free system. The microarray was imaged using the MDS GenePix Autoloader 4200AL. A total of 14 proteins, including the positive controls MBP and GST, were expressed. In the absence of plasmid DNA, very little fluorescence is seen.
