Details of silver-stained 2-D gels of proteins whose position changed in wild type (WT) and pin2 mutant ( pin2 ) roots subjected to either horizontal or vertical clinorotation or hypergravity treatments compared with control roots grown under the stationary condition. The proteins (spot nos. 38, 39, 40) indicated by arrows were identified as the same protein, adenylate kinase 1. They migrated towards more acid regions after the horizontal clinorotation and hypergravity treatment.
