In Panel A the graphs depict the number of significant changes in whole proteins (from a total of 76 proteins) when males are compared to females. The black bars represent the total significant changes, the white bars represent significant decreases in females relative to males, and the gray bars represent significant increases in females relative to males. In Panel B similar comparisons are shown summarizing the data from gel spots (from a total of 791 spots).
