The method used in other studies to identify the peak with the corresponding reference, the protein names, as well as their MW and regulation are reported. The last column indicates the MWs (with in parenthesis the regulation in PRRSV-positive compared to PRRSV-negative piglets) of discriminatory peaks identified in this study that showed a difference ≤0.3 kDa compared to the other studies
