Effect of temperature and fertilizer on proportion of gluten protein classes in flour. Comparisons of percent change in relative volumes of gluten protein classes were made for MNvMF, MNvHN, MNvHF, MFvHF and HNvHF. Additional file 4 contains the data set of normalized spot volumes. MN, MF, HN, and HF are defined in Table 1.
