In Panel A and B the measured amounts of the peptides PgP P3 and ATPase P4 (in ng/well) are plotted as function of the amounts of cells. In panel C the same calculated amounts of peptides are plotted one against the other, allowing the calculation of the ATPase to PgP ratio over a range of cell amounts.
