  1. Peaks with a signal-to-noise of 3 or greater were assigned between the m/z range of 2.5–20 kDa. 5 μL of pooled CSF prepared under native, denaturing, and denaturing/reducing buffer was applied in triplicate to each condition tested on CM10, Q10, H50, and IMAC30 arrays.
