  1. For DIGE minimal labelling, 25 μ g of protein sample were mixed with 100 pmol CyDye (GE Healthcare). Every gel included 2 different samples, labelled with a different CyDye, and a Cy2-labelled internal standard, which is a pool of all the samples within the experiment.
