  1. INS-1E cells were cultured at 5.5 or 20 mM glucose for 48 hours. After culture, cells were lysed and protein profiles generated by SELDI-TOF-MS using Q10-array or by 2D-PAGE. Masses of differentially expressed proteins obtained by SELDI-TOF-MS (5 first proteins) or by 2D-PAGE are listed. Gene names of identified proteins are indicated. Results are means ± SEM 4–6 independent experiments.
