Here the "Raw" spectra are the unprocessed spectra; "Adjusted" spectra are the peak intensity-adjusted spectra; "Peak" spectra are the spectra processed by the morphological filter; and "Denoised" spectra are the spectra processed by peak extraction after intensity adjustment.
