  1. Selection criteria
  2. 1. 18 to 60 years old;
  3. 2. Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of HIV infection according to the guidelines of prevention and treatment for HIV-positive in China;
  4. a) The clinical history of HIV-positive;
  5. b) CD4<350/μL;
  6. 3. Have not received antiviral treatment or immunotherapy;
  7. 4. Negative for other viral infections, including HCV and HBV according to antibody test.
