  1. * The column "direction" under spectral counting measurement represent expression direction, 1 = up-regulated, 0 = no change, -1 = down-regulated.
  2. Proteins identified by dMS were considered to be up-regulated when expression fold > 2, not changed when 0.5 < fold < 2 and down-regulated when fold change was < 2. For spectral counting Bayes factor of > 10 was used for significance difference.
