Transcript alteration of eleven selected genes in chicken embryo tissues from the IBV-infected group compared with the mock-infected group. Total RNA extracted from tracheal or kidney tissues was measured by real-time RT-PCR analysis; relative expression levels were calculated according to the 2^-ΔΔCT method, using GAPDH as an internal reference gene and the mock-infected group as calibrator (relative expression = 1).
