Synthetic peptides used were; HCA-26/41, biotin-EGGGGVSPPPGQPPCP; HCA-57/71, biotin-SGREVGGSAPCPASR; HCA-81/97, biotin-ARPPLLGSEEPLCPASR; HCA-74/88, biotin-REVRGASARPPLLGS; HCA-85/97, biotin-PLLGSEEPLCPASR; and HCA-88/97, biotin-SEEPLCPASR. ECSA-1, 2 and 3 were GST-fusion proteins.
