  1. Three independent label-free quantitative phosphorylation analyses of transgelin2 were carried out to show the reproducibility of entire sample preparation procedure. Selected ion chromatograms of phosphopeptides were constructed from three micro RPLC-MS/MS analyses, and peak areas were plotted.
