Samples prepared from 33O (a1, b2) and 42O (a2, b1) were labeled with Cy3 or Cy5, separately, and the mixed samples were labeled with Cy2 for standard protein (a3, b3). The blue spots are internal standard proteins consisting of all samples labeled with Cy2. The differentially expressed protein spots between 33O and 42O were numbered in the 2D DIGE image (c)
