Evaluation of extraction protocols for 2D gels. Three methods were compared. Silver-stained gels were produced after running IEF for 9 kVh using 7 cm IEF strips of pH3-10NL, with similar H16WAP samples (3 μg/gel). Gel B and C are better 2D gels compared to A.
