  1. The mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation (CV%) for eighteen protein peaks from an ion exchange fraction (Q1) of the cytosolic fraction of pooled mouse brain tissue. The overall CV% for peak intensity and m/z ratio on this chip were 17.3% and 0.05%, respectively.
