  1. Legend: The coefficient of variation (CV) was calculated for the "p" peaks detected in the SELDI-TOF spectra using the ProteinChip Software (Ciphergen Biosystems). The minimum and maximum CV values are indicated on the table, as well as the mean CV values. For the SELDI-TOF and Y12/SELDI-TOF repeatability, a serum sample was analysed 8 times the same day; for the reproducibility, the same sera was analysed for 4 consecutive days.
