From: Comparative analysis of proteome maps of silkworm hemolymph during different developmental stages
SDS-PAGE analysis of silkworm hemolymph from the 1st day of fifth instar to moth. Hemolymph (15 μg) protein was applied to each lane and separated by 12% resolving gel. SDS-PAGE was carried out at 10 mA for stacking gel and 20 mA for resolving gel. Gels were stained with silver nitrate according to the Amersham 2D handbook. 1: Low molecular markers; 2-8: 1st day to 7th day in last larval stage; 9-11: 1st day to 3rd day in spinning stage; 12-21: 1st day to 10th day in pupal stage; 22: eclosion.
