2DE images of phosphoproteins extracted from leaves of rice under heat stress. Proteins were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and stained by Pro-Q Diamond dye. We focused on the proteins that were phosphorylated or dephosphorylated in rice leaves under heat stress and labeled them P1, P2 and so on.
