Cytospins of BMNs freshly prepared from wild-type and Rac2-/- mice showing F-actin structures stained with phalloidin (red) and primary granules stained with CD63 (green). Cortical actin staining is more intense in unstimulated Rac2-/- cells compared to wild-type cells (unstim).
