Equal amount (25 μg) of all fractions except total plasma (10 μg) was separated using 7.5-15% SDS-PAGE and stained with coomassie blue. Boxes 1 and 2 indicate the reduction whereas boxes 2, 3, 5 and 6 indicate the enhancement after depletion. Underlined bands clearly showed good binding of glycoproteins as well as the depletion of non-glycosylated proteins.
