A group of pairs of protein 2-D maps of doxorubicin-resistant myelogenous leukemia cell line K562/A02 (left) and its parental control cell line K562 (right) with sample loading of 0.6 mg protein each. The isoelectric focusing was carried on 17 cm IPG strips with a pH range of either 3.9-5.1 (A, B), 4.7-5.9 (C, D), 5.5-6.7 (E, F) or 6.3-8.3 (G, H). For the second dimension, acrylamide gels of 12.5% were used. The gels were stained by Colloidal Coomassie blue G-250 over night. Numbers associated with the spots on the gel images refer to the identified proteins listed in Table 1.
